Dont Demotivate anyone if you can’t motivate
Most of them forget that the simplest and easiest way to motivate individuals is to: NOT DEMOTIVATE THEM. There is another point to note that not all people can be effectively motivated or demotivated but we here I am referring to most people that fall within that bell curve when we analyze the annual performance ratings.
